Insurance is not included and is highly recommended. I can arrange this services for you as well viamy local partner and let you know the policy conditions, but you can arrange insurance by yourself,you just need to tell your insurance provider that you´ll need the insurance policy, which covers alsohelicopter rescue services in Slovakia.

Allmost everywhere it is possible to pay with credit cards, although there are some places where it isrecommended to have enough cash, like at the public toilets or at the mountain huts, where isusually a poor signal and thatswhy you can pay only cash here.

While on your stay in Slovakia, the assistance and help of your guide is available to you and she/hewill help you to solve your health problem (provide transportation to hospital, call the doctor, etc.) Itis important and recommended to be covered by insurance, when travelling to Slovakia.
